Hannah Anne Jacko April 10, 2000 – October 21, 2021 Neezhing Etkookiit Kwe (Two Step Woman) M’kwa Dodem (Bear Clan) Ojibway Nation

Hannah is a beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin, and friend. Hannah Anne Jacko left this world unexpectedly, at the age of 21 years, on Thursday October 21, 2021.

She was born on April 10, 2000 to Steve and Shelly. She grew up in Kenora and graduated from Beaver Brae Secondary School and moved to Thunder Bay to attend Confederation College. She is predeceased in death by her mother Shelley baa and her brother Jordan baa. Hannah is survived by her loving Dad Steve and brother Justin and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and her ferocious cat Milo.

Hannah loved fishing, hiking, and spending time outdoors. On many of her hiking trips, she would take spectacular photographs of nature. She loved photography, listening to music and she had a special connection to wildlife. She has been known to handfeed birds, deer, and bears. Hannah was very proud of her First Nation heritage and loved learning about her culture and ceremonies. We will always remember her incredibly beautiful and infectious smile, her piercing green eyes, and her caring personality. Hannah will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will held on Monday, October 25, 2021 from 6:00 - 9:00 pm on at Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Centre. Funeral Services will held be at 9:30 am on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Centre. Internment will immediately follow at the Lake of the Woods Cemetery in Kenora.
