Clifford Franklin Landon December 30, 1976 – October 29, 2021

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden death of Clifford Franklin Landon of Shoal Lake #40 First Nation, who lived in Kenora most of his life.

He is survived by his father Gordon Redsky, his mother Marilyn Landon (Delbert), sons Dominic, Marcus, daughters Maria and Madison, brothers Niko, Tyrone and Mick, sister Tia Copenace, cousins Barbara, Karen and David, aunts Laura Green (Jimmy), Nancy Rice, uncles Ron Redsky (Verna), Wayne Redsky (Linda), Marvin Redsky and Donny. He is survived by his maternal family Grandfather Gus Landon (Kathleen), Uncles Bert Landon, Garnet Landon and Dudley Landon. Aunts Darlene Landon, Madeline Landon, Melody Landon. Clifford will be missed greatly by all his cousins he held dear to him, too many to mention.

He is predeceased by his beloved great grandmother Freida Redsky, grandmothers Maggie Redsky and Bessie Landon, grandfathers Frankie Redsky and Paddy Landon, uncle George Landon and aunt Breena Landon.

Clifford was known as a carpenter which he loved doing. He was passionate about fishing and taking part in Shoal Lake #40’s annual Fall Harvest. Clifford had a very close relationship with his dad, he never parted from him. Clifford loved and adored all his children very much.

Clifford enjoyed listening to Gun’s N Roses, as well as hunting, fishing, skating and playing hockey.

Wake services will be held at Jubilee Church, Kenora Ontario beginning at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, November 3, 2021. Funeral Services will also be held at Jubilee Church on Thursday, November 4, 2021 beginning at 11:00 am with interment to follow at Lake of the Woods Cemetery.
