With an eye towards the future, the Humboldt Broncos announced the commitment of 2007-born forward Kayson Christian for the upcoming 2025-26 season.
The Lethbridge AB product is currently in his third season Lethbridge Hurricanes U18 AAA program where he serves as the team’s captain and has 41 points (18G-23A) in 36 games.
Listed at 6’0 and 170 lbs, Christian has been playing U18 AAA since he was 15.
In a team release, HC/GM Brayden Klimosko said, “Already a proven leader, Kayson is a player we have very high expectations for. He has a built-in motor that never stops, very hard-working young player and an offensive ability that will only continue to grow as he ages. He’s got a 200ft game and is physically mature enough to play in our league right now.”
