Monday morning I Love To Read month with Friesen's Corporation continued with Country 88 morning show host Ty Hildebrand visiting the grade 2 students at Southwood Elementary School in Schanzenfeld.
First off, what a great book from Friesen's to read to the kids, about finding what they love, and sharing their gift with the world.
The students were very curious about radio, and how it all works. We LOVE reading, and answering all the fun questions.
Every one of the grade 2 students received a free copy of "We Need Everyone" written by Michael Redhead Champagne and illustrated by Tiff Bartel, which was printed right here in Southern Manitoba at Friesens in Altona!
