God is on the move at Ohio State University as nearly 2,000 students decided to follow Jesus.
A massive campus revival event took place on February 18 at Schottenstein Arena and was attended by over 6,500 students.
Despite the chilly Ohio temperatures, several students were baptized in the back of U-Haul trucks parked on site.
Unite US founder Tonya Prewett is excited to see how God continues to reach the college campus. "We’ve been in awe of how God has already been moving on this campus over the past year, and He met us here again tonight,” she posted on Instagram. “Over 6,500 students gathered in The Schott to lift the name of Jesus, and almost 2,000 responded to the altar call — experiencing the freedom only He can bring.”
She added that "God is moving in this generation, and we know that He’s just getting started!”
This isn't the first time Ohio State students have publicly shared their faith. In August 2024, the university football team hosted an event with approximately 1,000 people for a night of praise, worship, testimonies, and baptisms.
Pastor Matt Brown shared on X, "At many of these campus events, spontaneous baptisms have broken out from those who’ve responded to the gospel. Last night the temps were cold but that didn’t stop students from getting baptized in the back of U-Haul trucks!”

The Unite US movement's outreach efforts started in September 2023. Since the beginning, over 70,000 university students from campuses across the United States have participated in the ministry's events.
Following an event at the University of Kentucky the week prior, this event was the second large-scale event by the Unite US movement this year.
