Siksika Nation is partnering with the Calgary Hitmen to host the Every Child Matters game.
"This special event honors Indigenous children and families and raises awareness for the importance of truth and reconciliation," mentioned the nation.
Residents can also bid on game-worn jerseys during a silent auction.
"Siksika Parks and Recreation will be giving away tickets, along with Family Services, who will distribute some tickets to local schools. Stay tuned for more details on where to get tickets and their availability," added the nation.
The game goes on Sunday, March 9 at 2 p.m. at the Calgary Saddledome.
