The Strathmore Courthouse will be closed for renovations starting next month.
According to a news release from Alberta Courts, on Tuesday, April 1, all court matters will need to be done at the Alberta Court of Justice Calgary Courts Centre Courtroom.
If residents have a case management office appearance, they will have to call the Drumheller Courthouse of the Calgary Regional Court office on the date of appearance before 1 p.m.
Also, if residents have a scheduled court date and can't make it in person, they will have to call the Drumheller and Calgary court before 11 a.m.
Duty counsel will be free to speak on court dates in person at the Calgary Court Centre or call Legal Aid at 1-866-845-3425.
