As they settle into their new lineup, the Newsboys are gearing up to release fresh music.
It was about a month and a half ago when Michael Tait announced that after 15 years, he was stepping down as the band's lead singer.
Since then, Adam Agee, a guitarist with the Newsboys for three years, was been promoted to frontman.
"The last six weeks have been quite a journey, but through it all, God has continually shown His faithfulness to us," said the band in a post on social media. "We are excited about our future, just the four of us."
The line-up change took place in the middle of their World Revival tour. However, despite the change, their fans have rallied around them making for an exciting time on the road.
The band also announced they are working on new music this month.
"We can't wait to start sharing it," said the Newsboys. "Our first release of 2025 is a new version of How Many Times, which was the first song Adam wrote when he joined the band. Newly titled How Many Times (oh how You love me), this version feels like the right song to share first as we enter this new season."
"How Many Times (oh how You love me)," is set to be released everywhere on March 14.
The Newsboys, with Adam Agee as their lead, will be in Winnipeg on June 6.
