When was the last time you had your teeth cleaned? If you can’t remember, it’s probably time to book a check-up.
Thankfully, Ross Park, Moose Jaw’s newest Dental Clinic, is officially open and accepting new patients! Whether you’re having a hard time finding a dentist, or can’t make it during regular hours, Dr. Heather Wang at Ross Park Dental Clinic would be happy to help!
Dr. Wang lives in Moose Jaw with her husband (and her dog) and opened her clinic just this February. She’s looking forward to working with the community and is excited to offer a friendly, comfortable environment for her patients.
“I understand that not everyone has an easy time going to the dentist, so we try to create a friendly, stress-free environment and make our office very welcoming,” said Dr. Wang. “We have a kind of comfort menu, with options to help our patients feel more comfortable in the clinic, and we also have extra hours for those who may not be able to make it during regular work hours.”
Ross Park currently offers regular dental services, including fillings, extractions, whitening, root canals, crowns, bridges, and implants, as well as high-end x-ray technology.
“Right now, we have the scanner and the CT scanner,” said Dr. Wang. “We try to scan every single new patient, so we have a record of not only the X-ray, but also how their teeth look. That way, we can track the scans as time goes to see if there's any changes with their teeth.”
She continued, “The CT scanner takes a 3D X-ray, which is used to better capture images when patients may need implants or have TMJ complications.”
As Ross Park continues to grow, Dr. Wang hopes to introduce new services, bring in more technology “like a 3D printer and a laser,” and expand the team once she makes the full-time transition to the Moose Jaw clinic.
