The Winnipeg Jets took down the Dallas Stars 4-1 in front of a sold-out Canada Life Centre crowd last night.

It was a showdown between the top two teams in the Central Division and Western Conference, and the Jets showed they're the real deal. The win gives them a 10-point lead in the division.

Kyle Connor led the way with two goals and an assist, while Mark Scheifele picked up three assists. Dylan Samberg and Morgan Barron also scored, and Connor Hellebuyck made 24 saves.

The Jets are now 46-17-4. They will meet the Stars again in April, leading the season series 2-1, with both wins coming at home.

Dylan Samberg opened the scoring at 8:01 of the first period, assisted by Scheifele. He entered the zone behind the play, received a pass, and fired a wrist shot past the goalie to energize the crowd.

Connor made it 2-0 at 17:02 of the first with a one-timer off a Scheifele pass.

Connor struck again at 6:43 of the second period on a one-timer set up by Josh Morrissey.

Barron added the final Jets goal at 7:26 of the third, tipping in a shot from Dylan DeMelo.

Mason Marchment spoiled the shutout with a goal at 16:11 of the third.

Jets Continue Dominance

The win marked the Jets' 25th home victory of the season, tying a franchise record for reaching that milestone in just 34 games—matching the 2017-18 team that made the Western Conference Final.

Now, the Jets hit the road for a three-game trip, starting in Seattle on Sunday night.

They remain atop the NHL standings, two points ahead of the Washington Capitals.

Connor and Scheifele are tied for third in league goal scoring with 35 each, while Connor sits fifth in overall points with 84.
