Brandon Lake fulfills childhood dream with special performance

Brandon Lake had a childhood dream come true over the weekend. 

The Christian singer and songwriter travelled to Savannah, Georgia on Saturday to sing a duet with the Rascal Flatts.

"I got to be a Rascal Flatt for a song," said Lake in a post on Facebook. "Childhood dream come true! Be on the lookout for their next record."

The duet "Stand" will be featured on the band's new album, which is set to hit shelves on June 6.

"Appreciate him sharing that amazing voice!!" said the Rascal Flats.

This isn't the first time Brandon Lake has collaborated with a country music artist. Lake recently teamed up with Jelly Roll to release a new duet version of "Hard Fought Hallelujah."
