Model T racers will arrive in Drumheller for the 10th annual Blast from the Past event.
The show takes place at the Dinosaur Downs Speedway on May 24 and 25 and features stock cars, hot food, and more.
"The Model T's have four-cylinder motors in them and drive at around 50 miles per hour on our track," said Carol Douglas, social media manager with the speedway. "Model Ts were built from 1909 to 1927, and in World War II they would race them because they were the only cars available."
The Model Ts will be racing in turn with the stock car lineup, which includes IMCA modifieds, pure stock, and hobby stock series.

"I love all racing, but when the Model Ts come, I'm so excited," added Douglas. "They come from all over the province-North of Edmonton, Sundre, and two drivers from Strathmore."
Kids under the age of 9 can attend the event for free, with youth paying $5 and adults paying $20.
Saturday's races begin at 3 p.m., while the Sunday event begins at 1 p.m.
The doors to the speedway will open one hour before the races begin.
