Chestermere's bi-annual Energizer Night returns to the city this week.
On Wednesday, Mar. 24, the Chestermere Rec Centre will be filled with local businesses, groups, and organizations showcasing the work they do in the community.
"It's for families. There's everything from spring activities and summer camps all the way up to services for seniors in the community and mental health organizations, so it's for everybody," said Kim McRae, editor of Little Lake Locals, who run the event.

There will also be booths for local sports teams, churches, and nonprofits.
"It's an opportunity for families to one-stop-shop as opposed to trying to figure out where all the services in the community are, especially for new families," added McRae. "Chestermere is growing so rapidly, it just brings everything all into one central location."
The event runs from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and is free for all to attend.
