Drumheller Fire & Rescue urges residents to display addresses

Drumheller Fire & Rescue is asking residents to display their home’s street address for easier access by crew members during an emergency.

"It’s also a good idea to display it at the rear of your yard in case emergency services are approaching from the rear," said the organization.

Staff said it is the responsibility of residents to ensure their addresses are visible and not covered by vegetation.

Crews also asked residents to post addresses at the back of homes for added safety.
