TobyMac collaborates with Forrest Frank with his title track

Earlier this week, Christian artist TobyMac alluded to a huge collaboration being released on Friday, and indeed, it surprised everyone when he shared that it was Forrest Frank. 

The new, sped-up version of TobyMac's "Heaven on My Mind," featuring Frank, was released on April 4.

Frank has risen quite fast in the Christian music scene with his first album, California Cowboy, only released in 2023. Frank is currently on tour, headlining, with a wife and child at home. 

Frank has crossed paths and collaborated with many Christian artists in the peak of their game, including Hulvey, Tori Kelly, Thomas Rhett, CAIN, and now TobyMac. 

Frank recently celebrated his fifth wedding anniversary with his wife, saying on social media, "This year is all about family & drawing closer to Jesus."

TobyMac's newest album, Heaven on My Mind, was released less than one month ago, Mar. 7, 2025. TobyMac has been active as a Christian artist for 38 years, since he started in DC Talk in 1987.
