The Town of Kindersley shared their first big project of the spring earlier this week.
Main Street in Kindersley will see a watermain replacement along with road reconstruction between the blocks of 7th Ave to 11th Ave, as you can see below.
The work will involve Philips Court. It's expected to begin later this spring with the contractor details already decided.
The watermain specifically is past it's service life, and full reconstruction will help improve both water services and road conditions for Main Street. Residents will need to be ready for temporary disruptions to water, and also road closures resulting in detours.
