With the ice being taken out inside Inter Pipeline Arena in Kindersley last week, the Kindersley Curling Club likely won't be far behind.

Taking to social media to extend gratitude and more after another successful season, the Kindersley Curling Club shared the following messages to social media.

"Wow, what a season it's been!" shared a Monday morning post. "As we wrap up another amazing curling year, we want to extend a HUGE thank you to everyone who made it so special. From the intense bonspiels to unforgettable moments on and off the ice, we couldn't have done it without our dedicated players, fans, and volunteers.

The most memorable part of the year for the club didn't even take place on their own ice. With dual provincial curling events to end January, the Viterra Prairie Pinnacle and SaskTel Tankard, the Kindersley Curling Club was transformed into a players lounge and hangout with the Inter Pipeline Arena ice surface being turned into four tournament level sheets of curling ice.

"This year was especially memorable as we hosted the first-ever combined SaskTel Men’s Tankard and Viterra Prairie Pinnacle Women’s Championships—an incredible milestone for our sport. It was a privilege to see top-tier talent and fierce competition come together in one unforgettable event."

Of course, the high-level action wasn't the only thing to highlight. From junior curlers, to weekly leagues, to end of year bonspiels; there is never a shortage of activity going on inside the curling rink.

Now the curling club will be reduced to its concrete surface, allowing for a spring and summer full of activities. Anyone paying a visit will hopefully look back on the great season of memories and achievements, in hopes of an even better year next year.

"Until then, enjoy the off-season!"
