Two trial dates were set during court proceedings Tuesday in Kindersley Provincial Court.
Ivy Gilbert pleaded not guilty to a charge of failing to comply with a demand and is scheduled to stand trial on Nov. 18. Tyson Swan also entered a not guilty plea to two counts of impaired driving. His trial is set for Sept. 23.
In another matter, Heather Moore admitted to a fear of injury or damage charge following a domestic assault incident. She was issued a nine-month no-contact order.
Brandie Boulton appeared in court on charges of theft and fraud in connection with the Kindersley Medical Clinic. Her case was adjourned to May 20.
Numerous other matters were also adjourned, with two cases moved to April 29, two to May 6, and nine adjourned to May 20, the next main court docket day.
