City of Chestermere to host second annual charity golf tournament

The City of Chestermere is set to host its second annual Mayor & Council Charity Golf Tournament this June.

"This year’s tournament will benefit Gifts of Kindness, a local fund dedicated to providing emergency financial aid to Chestermere residents in need," the city said in a statement.

"This year’s event will bring together community leaders, residents, and golf enthusiasts for a spectacular day on the greet."

The tournament is scheduled for Thursday, June 26 at the Lakeside Golf Club, with tee-off at 1:30 p.m.

Cocktails will begin at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7 p.m.
