Welcome to another Made in Manitoba, our Easter special featuring Southern Manitoba's Rosemary Siemens.
Easter has a soundtrack. Music plays a huge role in how we mark the season. There’s something about voices rising together that makes Easter feel extra meaningful, and we are hoping to capture that with our Easter special this weekend.
We're thrilled to have the violinist and vocalist back with us, and along with the help of her husband Eli Bennett, will be showcasing a number of Easter themed songs from Rosemary's Sunday Hymn Serenade YouTube Channel. And just like the Radio Edition of Sunday Hymn Serenade, which we share with you the first Sunday of the month at 1pm, Rosemary will talk about the story behind the songs during this weekend's Made in Manitoba. We'll also ask her to reflect on the opportunity to share her faith, and the Easter story, through her YouTube channel. Plus, we'll ask what her family has planned for the weekend, too.
