No injuries in Thursday morning multi-vehicle collision in Niverville

A multi-vehicle collision occurred east of Niverville shortly after 7:30 a.m. Thursday morning.

Niverville Fire Chief Keith Bueckert says, 

"We had a three-car collision at PR 311 and 6th Avenue. Everyone is fine. We had no patients transported by ambulance. Everyone was checked out and released."

The intersection was closed, and traffic was rerouted.

Bueckert says they were on scene for about an hour.

The area was opened to traffic around 8:45 am. 

RCMP say the cause of the collision is still under investigation.
