Ball season is nearly here at every level — including slo-pitch!
The Kindersley Slo-Pitch league held their annual meeting for the season last Thursday to determine teams for the 2025 season, discuss league fees, and the end-of-season tournament held in late June. Eight teams were represented at the meeting, being confirmed for both league play beginning May 1 and for the tournament set June 6-8, earlier this year than in year's past.
The league is accepting teams until Thursday, April 24, team fees being accepted at diamond cleanup this Sunday, April 27 at noon, schedules also being handed out. The league will operate until late June before a summer schedule starts, games being played every Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday.
As for the tournament, Kindersley Slo-Pitch is seeking teams for early June. They want to get as many teams as possible to join their eight-team field.
