It's quickly becoming a community staple, The Community Exchange in Altona is set and ready to host another FREE Community Meal and concert tomorrow evening!
Paul Bergman
Paul Bergman along with his cousin Karl Redding will be the main act taking the stage at TCE tomorrow and if you're curious what kind of music they bring to the table, here's what Paul had to say:
"I'll sing a couple of songs, he (Karl) accompanies me, he sings a couple of songs, I accompany him and I don't know, it's just a couple of guys with guitars. So it's fairly traditional in that respect, insofar as folk-ish centered and I don't know if you know Neil Young and Crazy Horse, where sometimes we just kind of get into a very sort of meditative and hypnotic sort of thing where we just like playing for a long time. If we roll into it well and they're connected to it, yeah, we'll just kind of play and just sort of try to follow it where it goes and see and hear what happens."
Paul & Karl will also share the stage with The Freeloaders, a contemporary jazz combo, and couple other guests as well.

The Concert Series is made possible through the generous support of the Manitoba Arts Council. This grant gives us the opportunity to pay local musicians and offer free concerts to the larger community. We will be hosting musical evenings that feature local musicians from different age groups, cultural groups, and musical genres.
