Election day in Canada

We will find out the results of the 45th general election in Canada later today. 

Leading up to the election, advance polls saw record numbers. 7,280,975 citizens utilized the advance polls, which was an increase from 5,852,391 in 2021. 

206,754 of those voters were from Saskatchewan.  

Inside of the Carlton Trail-Eagle Creek riding, 16,385 people used advance polls. 

14,839 people voted in the advance polls in the Moose Jaw-Lake Centre-Lanigan riding.  

In the Yorkton-Melville riding, 11,167 votes were cast in the advance polls.   

In Saskatchewan, the voting polls are open today from 7:30 am- 7:30 pm,
