Former American Idol contestant Fantasia used the stage to bring glory to God.

The talented singer put on a special performance singing "Have Your Way."

"That was unbelievable," said Ryan Seacrest following her performance. "I can feel your emotion right now. What are you feeling?"

"The world is going through a lot right now, and we need more God," Fantasia responded. "So I allowed him to use me on the biggest stage ever."

Fantasia is preparing to release a new gospel album soon.

"It's time for me to use the gift he gave me, and give it back to him"

Meanwhile, American Idol gospel singing contestant Canaan James Hill gave another breathtaking performance Monday evening, performing a CeCe Winans hit.

The 17-year-old powerhouse belted out his take on the queen of gospel's worship hit "Goodness of God."

The song left the crowd in awe, with many holding their hands in worship as he sang every word with purpose.

"After your performance, along with Fantasia. What she said, your audience has been saying it all along. God is using one of the biggest Secular platforms to bring Him Glory, ministering to all souls," said one fan.

"I’m so proud that he is not wavering under any pressure and standing firm in God!!!" said another fan.

Another American Idol stayed true to her roots. Breanna Nix, who is also unafraid to share her faith, sang Danny Gokey's "Tell Your Heart to Beat Again."

Both Canaan and Breanna have made it into the top 12. Their next performance will take place on Sunday, May 4.
