Elevation Rhythm is gearing up to release their latest album.

The band hopes their new project, Victory Lap, will provide listeners with a roadmap for the Christian life after they decide to follow Jesus.

"Every song has an element of triumph," shares ELEVATION RHYTHM’s lead songwriter and producer Josh Holiday. "I wanted to introduce new sonics, and I think the best way to introduce new sounds is to do it in the studio, so that you’re not thinking about the crowd; you’re not thinking about the energy of a room. Instead, you’re thinking more about the sonic space."

The group recorded this new album in a non-traditional way, finding a nondescript room where the church holds staff meetings, and with no prior rehearsals, recorded the songs live and raw in one take.

"This life we live is a victory lap, but many people don’t walk in that freedom. They’re walking in defeat, not knowing the battle’s already won," Holiday offers of the record’s dominant theme. "It’s like that moment after you’ve made the decision. The victory lap happens after you’ve won."

Elevation Rhythm has most recently been on tour with Forrest Frank, performing in front of sold-out crowds most nights.

Victory Lap will hit shelves on May 23, 2025.
