Mayor Monday! Mayor Mitchell gives a peek at May events in Kerrobert

We had the chance to talk to Mayor Mitchell of Kerrobert to get an idea of what to expect in the community during May!

Highlights include:

• May 10–11: Free Dump Days — Metal and garbage bins will be available on the east side of Railway Avenue. For more info, check Facebook or call the town office at 306-834-2361.

• May 13 & 27: Spring Clean-Up — The town will collect leaves and grass in clear plastic bags only. Leave bags on your front boulevard.

• May 14: Mother’s Day Event at the Kerrobert Senior Center from 1:00–4:00 PM. Desserts cost $5. Spring Water Colony will be selling plants, bread, and buns.

• May 22: Story Time and Butterfly Craft at the library at 10:30 AM.

• May 24: Minor Ball Day at the fairgrounds.

• June 4 & 5: 79th Annual Kerrobert 4-H Achievement Days at the Crawler Fairgrounds, starting at 9:00 AM. A concession will be available. For more info, contact Janice Moreland at 306-834-8180.
