Rosetown RCMP responded to a range of calls between May 2 and May 8, including reports of erratic drivers, a suspicious person, and one arrest following a disturbance.

Police were first called on May 2 at 10:00 a.m. about an erratic driver on Highway 7, but determined there was insufficient evidence to proceed. Later that day at 12:59 p.m., officers responded to a report of a suspicious person in Elrose. RCMP located the individual, who was hitchhiking and determined no offence had occurred.

That same afternoon at 3:52 p.m., another complaint of an erratic driver came in from Kyle. RCMP were unable to locate the vehicle in question.

On May 3, police responded to a motor vehicle collision on Highway 4 at 9:54 a.m. There were no injuries reported.

Later that evening, RCMP opened an investigation into a harassing communications complaint in Rosetown, and at 7:33 p.m., they responded to a disturbing-the-peace call. A 23-year-old man from Estevan was arrested and charged with failing to comply with a release order.

Over the course of the week, Rosetown RCMP also issued 48 traffic-related charges, responded to two false alarm calls, and one 911 misdial.
