West Central land owners, agrologists, and more can tune in for the Saskatchewan Prairie Conservation Action Plan's latest educational webinar with a subject matter expert.
The webinar, titled Can Combining Herbicides and Fertilizers Enhance Control of Leafy Spurge?, will be hosted as a part of the organization's Native Prairie Speaker Series on Tuesday, May 13.
The free-to-attend webinar runs during the noon hour and will feature Sheila Taillon, a professional agrologist, as the speaker.
Taillon will delve into the invasive plant, leafy spurge, and how it damages native grasslands, as well as how to most effectively manage invasive plants with fertilizers and herbicides.
