Chestermere closing down local newsletter

Chestermere Today will be shutting down at the end of the month.

The newsletter is run by the City of Chestermere and served as a way to showcase events, businesses, and local stories.

"As our communication strategies evolve to better serve the community, we will focus on our official City of Chestermere website and social media channels for all official news, updates, and community information," wrote Chestermere Today in a social media post.

The city thanked everyone who engaged and subscribed to the newsletter and encouraged residents to follow the city's social media pages to stay connected and informed.

Chestermere Today will be officially closed on June 1.
