On May 16, 2025, at 2:25 a.m., Peace River RCMP received a complaint regarding a structure fire at 9704 100 street in Peace River. Peace River Fire Department has started an arson investigation with the assistance of Peace River RCMP.

Peace RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance regarding this incident. Anyone with dashcam or other footage of the area between the times of 11 p.m. and 2:30 a.m. on the night of May 15, 2025 to May 16, 2025, is asked to please review their footage and submit anything of interest to the Peace River RCMP.

Furthermore, anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to please come forth and contact the Peace River RCMP detachment at 780-624-6677, or their local police service.
