KINDERSLEY, Sask. — Saskatchewan RCMP is once again urging the public to help locate several individuals with outstanding warrants, including two offenders with ties to west-central Saskatchewan.

Brenden Ross Taylor, 34, is wanted on two counts each of sexual assault and sexual interference. He is known to have connections to Cabri and Swift Current, as well as Edmonton, Alta. Taylor is described as 5’10” tall, weighing 149 pounds, with light brown hair and hazel eyes. He was reported as a missing person in Edmonton

James David Troy Richards, 56, is also wanted and considered violent. He faces a long list of charges including aggravated assault, unlawful confinement, uttering threats, mischief over and under $5,000, impaired driving, and failing to stop after a collision. RCMP say Richards may be in the Kindersley area, as well as Pinewood, B.C., or Goodfare, Alta. He is described as 5’8”, 209 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. Richards has several distinctive tattoos, including a skull with a cowboy hat on his right upper arm, a grim reaper on his left arm, and another tattoo on his right arm.
These offenders are among several across the province who remain at large. They have been included on the Saskatchewan RCMP's monthly list of wanted individuals based on a data-driven scoring system that uses the national Crime Severity Index — a measure developed by Statistics Canada. The index considers both the volume and seriousness of criminal charges.
Four individuals who previously appeared on the list have been arrested in the past month. Four new offenders, including Taylor and Richards, were added in May.
The RCMP emphasizes this is not a complete list of all persons wanted in Saskatchewan, and that individuals are selected based on potential community risk — not personal attributes such as age, gender or ethnicity.
Police urge the public not to approach or attempt to apprehend these individuals. Anyone with information on their whereabouts or activities is asked to call 310-RCMP or 911 in an emergency.
