The Kindersley Stallions host the Kindersley Raiders on Tuesday night in Fertile Valley Baseball League action, one of two local games on the night joining the Unity Cardinals heading up to Lashburn for a road game in the North Saskatchewan River Baseball League.
Also coming up this week in the FVBL is the Eatonia Wheat Kings hosting the Rosetown Angels on Wednesday night at 7:00, and then two games on Thursday as the Klippers play the Wheat Kings in Eatonia, and the Stallions face off against the Cubs on Berard Field.
Updated scores from the FVBL this past weekend are currently unavailable on the league website, as the Oyen Eagles and Eatonia Wheat Kings tangled Sunday night while the Kindersley Cubs and Kindersley Klippers played in Kindersley, and then on Monday, the Raiders hosted the Oyen Eagles.
The Unity Cardinals are taking their perfect 5-0 record in the NSRBL on the road to Lashburn, facing the 2-2 Cardinals in a battle of the birds. After Tuesday's game the all-Cardinal matchup will go again on Thursday as Unity plays host from their temporary home in Wilkie, first pitch at 6:30.
The Cardinals are coming off wins against the North Battleford Beavers and Standard Hill Lakers last week, handing those opponents their first loss of the season in the process and get ahead in what should be a tight race at the top of the standings.

The Coteau Hills Baseball League is a few games into their season with games taking place all of last week, scores unavailable, other than a 25-17 win by the Eston Ramblers on Friday, May 23 against the U18 Wartime Marlins, and an 11-3 win for the Riverhurst Raiders against Eston on May 30.
Action coming up this week in the CHBL sees Beechy hosting Kyle on Wednesday at 6:30, the Marlins in Elrose to take on the Aces at the same time. After that on Thursday the Eston Ramblers host Dinsmore for a game at 6:30.
Finally, looking across the border in the Battle River Baseball League the Macklin Lakers will look to continue their undefeated early season stretch when they host Castor in Week 3 of the BRBL. The Lakers won in dominating fashion last week 18-3 over Killam, after an 11-10 Macklin win against Czar started the season.
