Portage la Prairie is on the cusp of an exciting new era in residential living with the upcoming opening of Portage Commons, a purpose-built rental community by Kenmare.

Now leasing for 2026 move-in

Suites at Portage Commons are now available for lease, with move-in dates beginning mid-March 2026. Prospective tenants can apply online, by email, or by contacting the leasing team directly. “We’re welcoming inquiries now, with in-person tours starting this September for those who want to see the space firsthand,” says Migalski. In the meantime, visitors can explore interactive 3D renderings of the fully furnished suites on the website.

As an added incentive, you’ll get free parking for 12 months when you sign your lease before September 1st, for a savings of $900.
