Rescued Paws gives stray dogs new leash on life

Rescued Paws at Alpine is an organization that helps dogs find forever homes.

Kyla Janes, owner and operator at Rescued Paws, brought in Missy the Dog.

"Missy came from northern Saskatchewan. She had a litter of puppies and was rescued by a group up there called Angel of Hope," said Janes.

"We work with them to help with displaced dogs litters that are astray. Missy was also a stray up there as well, so we were able to find foster placement for them until they were able to be moved out here and then put into foster homes."

The organization has many more dogs that are looking for homes.

The group will be at Hussar Summer Daze and the Zegil Automotive Car Show.
