Strathmore Library accepting donations for upcoming book sale

The Strathmore Municipal Library is accepting book donations. 

The books will be collected throughout June for the library's biannual book sale. Donations will be accepted up until the end of the sale in July. 

Some accepted donations are:

• Hardcover and paperback fiction.
• Recent non-fiction.
• Picture books.
• DVDs and Blu-ray discs.

The library asks that these donations are in good condition. 

Some unaccepted items are: 

• Magazines, encyclopedias, and textbooks.
• Cassettes, VHS, and CDs
• Damaged items.

Donors are asked to limit their donations to no more than two boxes at a time. 

Proceeds from the fundraiser will go into supporting the library's programs. 

The library hopes to host the next book sale in November.
