From augers and conveyors to bins and aeration equipment, the Co-op's lineup is designed to meet the diverse needs of local producers.
"We have a wide selection of augers ranging from truckload augers and conveyors to swing augers, in sizes from 10 to 16 inches," says Zane Banadyga, Agro Manager for Pioneer Co-op. "Our Batco conveyors range from 49 feet to 120-foot swings. We also carry fuel tanks from 1,000 litres up to 25,000 litres, and can work with manufacturers on custom sizes."
Fuel and storage solutions
Whether you need stationery or transport-certified fuel tanks, Pioneer Co-op has you covered. "We also carry water tanks for both stationery and transport use," Banadyga adds. "We want to make sure producers can access everything they need, right here at home."
In addition to the AGI Westeel components, Pioneer Co-op stocks galvanized bins ranging from 3,200 to 10,200 bushels, as well as smooth-wall bins from 76 to 194 tons. "We also carry Buffer Valley bins, called pellet bins, in sizes from 40 to 100 bushels," notes Natalie Coetzee, Assistant Agro Manager. "And if we don’t have exactly what you’re looking for, we can special order it."
Feed, fencing, and accessories
Beyond equipment, Pioneer Co-op caters to the full range of farming needs, including feed for poultry, cattle, dairy, goats, and sheep. "We also carry a wide variety of electric fencing accessories, gates and panels from trusted suppliers like High Hog, Real Industries, 2 W and Cypress Steel," adds Banadyga. "We’re your headquarters for livestock accessories and supplies."
Pioneer Co-op also boasts two Feed Specialists on staff, ready to test your forages and offer tailored recommendations. "We take pride in helping our members make the most of their operations," Coetzee explains.
Rebates and local support
Pioneer Co-op customers can take advantage of several money-saving opportunities throughout the year. "The Swing Into Fall rebate program runs from June 1 to August 31," says Banadyga. "It’s exclusive to Co-op customers and can be paired with AGI’s own end-user rebates for even more savings."
Joel Fehr, Ag Sales Representative, is on hand to assist with bins, augers and fuel tanks. "Joel has many years’ experience and knows how to help producers find the right equipment for their needs," Banadyga notes.
