Following the Florida Panthers' victory to clinch their second straight Stanley Cup, one of the players is giving all glory to God.
Sergei Bobrovsky was the winning goaltender and was vocal in a post-game interview and made sure God got the credit. "I want to say glory to the Father, to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.”

He said that he is grateful for everything that he has gone through. "I feel humbled and grateful for everything I’ve gone through. I give this victory to God. I thank Him for everything I have: my parents, my family, my wife Olga, and my two daughters.”
The NHL All-Star also credited his teammates for the victory. "And for this family. This family is amazing. I feel blessed with everything, and I thank God for that and then it’s back to work.”
Bobrovsky was excited to win on home ice in front of the Florida fans. "The crowd is the defence. They’re amazing. Their support means everything. I’m so happy we brought the Cup back to them again.”
The Panthers defeated the Edmonton Oilers, 5-1 in Game 6 on Tuesday night.
