Unplanned outage reported north of Broderick, surrounding areas

SaskPower was called out on location near Outlook on Wednesday night, after a reported outage north of Broderick and surrounding areas.

The initial investigation took place for a few hours before crews were able to finally start working around 10:00 PM. The work inside the Davidson-Conquest Glenside power grids continued through the night, into early Thursday morning, with still crews working to repair the damaged equipment responsible for the outage that was first reported at 5:30 on Wednesday.

After providing an original restoration time of 5:00 AM, the last update at 5:05 AM moved up the estimated time of repair to 8:00 AM on Thursday.
