Fuel theft and vehicle tampering investigated by Macklin RCMP

Macklin RCMP handled several calls between July 1 and 7, including suspected fuel theft and reports of vehicle tampering.

Police are investigating the theft of fuel from a local gas station, as well as a separate complaint of someone tampering with a vehicle. Both matters remain under investigation.

Officers also performed a wellbeing check at the request of a family member and helped mediate a family dispute.

RCMP responded to one false alarm and two accidental 911 calls during the week.
