New pathway coming to Gleichen

Gleichen is building a new paved pathway.

Construction crews will begin work on Monday (July 21) on the pathway as part of Wheatland County's Multi-Use Pathway Program.

The path will run along Fourth Avenue, Haskayne Avenue, and Veterans Way. 

Construction is expected to be completed by mid-August.

Roads will stay open throughout the construction period.

Wheatland County is reminding drivers to follow posted signage around the work sites.
