Gas prices in Strathmore have been fluctuating throughout the year.
As of Wednesday (July 23), gas prices have dropped below the levels seen following the April 1 carbon tax removal.
According to GasBuddy.com, the lowest price in Strathmore is at the Petro-Canada station, where regular fuel is selling for 127.8 cents per litre.
The Fas Gas is slightly higher at 127.9 cents per litre, matching the prices at Co-op, Husky, Shell, Mobil, Esso, and Hi Ho stations.
Current prices are roughly 2.1 cents lower than the average on April 1, which sat at around $1.30 per litre following the removal of the federal consumer carbon tax on gasoline.
