A large section of West Central will be without power for a short time on Thursday morning.
SaskPower has a planned outage set for between 9:30 and 10:00 AM, set to affect customers in Eatonia, Madison, Glidden, Laporte, Mantario, as well as areas south of Kindersley to the river, and west of Snipe Lake to the Alberta border.

It's expected to affect the neighbourhood of around 800 customers, according to SaskPower spokesperson Joel Cherry.
"We have to shut off the power in that area to bypass a piece of faulty equipment, a voltage regulator, so we can replace it."
Cherry said that this proactive maintenance is a way to trade short, planned outages now, for unplanned, unwanted large-scale outages in the future.
"Routine sort of work we do every day. If you go to our planned outages page, there is lots of examples of this work going on across the province."
SaskPower appreciates customer's patience whenever outages like this happen. Keep up to date with outages across the provinces, planned or unplanned, using the map HERE.
The outage was initially announced on Tuesday afternoon.
