RCMP in Wilkie and Macklin responded to a series of minor incidents between July 29 and August 4, including a medical call involving a fall from a moving golf cart.

Emergency services were called to Macklin after a person reportedly fell from a golf cart in motion. The individual was transported to the Provost Health Centre for assessment. The extent of injuries was not released.

Police also conducted a wellbeing check in Macklin and responded to a noise complaint, though officers were unable to locate the source. No further issues were reported.

In Wilkie, RCMP investigated a complaint of fraud, but found there was insufficient evidence to proceed. A disturbing-the-peace complaint was also logged and reported for information purposes.

In total, officers responded to two traffic complaints in Wilkie and one in Macklin.
