Pothole repairs may slow northbound traffic on the QEII between Calgary and Balzac on Tuesday.
Alberta 511 says the work extends from 144 Avenue N.E. in Rocky View County to the junction with Highway 566.
Repairs began this morning and are expected to wrap up by 2 p.m.

Motorists can expect lane closures, an 80 km/h speed limit, possible traffic congestion and delays. Highway maintenance vehicles will be on scene throughout the repairs.
In Crossfield, the town says a closure on Limit Avenue at Saskatchewan Street for utility line repairs will continue into Tuesday.
The closure, which began Monday for a water main repair, will remain in place until repairs are complete.
The town asks drivers to follow posted signage, watch for workers, and allow extra time.
