The Biggar RCMP snuffed out some potential criminal activity near Perdue last week.
Cst. Chad Mehl detailed the following in the latest Biggar RCMP report.
"A suspicious vehicle and individual was found in Ag Solutions elevator in Perdue by a complainant on August 20," read the report as the suspect then fled the scene.
The Ag Solutions location in Perdue is located along K Avenue, as upon being discovered, it seems the suspect vehicle took the 655 south instead of hopping on the main highway headed east/west.
While they got away, it wasn't for long, as police used available information to track their suspect down in the Warman area before handing the case over to the area detachment.
"Thanks to the plate number being provided and a good description of the poor condition of the vehicle, it was later located in Warman detachment’s area, where an impaired driving investigation was conducted."
