Born May 16, 2004 called home December 11, 2021.
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear son, brother, uncle, nephew, grandson, cousin, and friend Trent Hunter.
Trent was predeceased by his mother Christa Hunter, Grandma's Marie Hunter, Marina Smith and Delores McDonald. His Papa George Land, Great Grandparents Robert and Noella Kent, Uncle Ricky McDonald and Aunt Georgina McDonald.
Trent is survived by his Dad's Patrick McDonald and Brian Fox. His siblings Jaymen (Shaylene) Hunter, Martin Jr. Carpenter, Taytum Hunter, Ronin Carpenter, Brandi Hunter, Talia Muckle, Taylynn Muckle, Byron Fox, Breanna Fox, Katrina Kam, Ally Mosquito, Liliana Mckay, Braydon Fox, Hez Fox, Lalayna McKay. His Uncles Patrick (Lise) Kent, Dave McDonald and Mickey McDonald, Aunt's Rachel (Justin) Hunter, Shannon (Evan) Monkman, Krystal Kejick and Renee Wahpay, Grandma Rosemary Langan, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Trent was born in Kenora, he grew up in Wabaseemoong most of his years. He loved to play his keyboard, listen to music, play basketball, and video games when he would get a chance. He was a quiet, smart, funny, kind, sweet and caring young man. He was always with his siblings, close friends and cousins. He loved being with his family. Trent had so much he wanted to accomplish he had plans for his future. We will all miss him dearly.

Wake service will begin on Monday, December 27, 2021 at 1:00 pm at the Norman Community Club. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 beginning at 12:00 pm with burial to follow at the Lake of the Woods Cemetery.
