DECEMBER 16, 1986 – DECEMBER 16, 2021

Russell Muckle aka 'Mr. Bean' or Poozh, of Whitedog, Ontario passed away on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at St. Michaels Hospital in Toronto, Ontario. Russell was born December 16, 2021 in Kenora, Ontario.

He was predeceased by his grandparents Robert and Gladys Muckle and Albert Wagamese and Marie Scott. He was also predeceased by cousins Maryann Muckle, Johnny Muckle, Stanley Muckle, Nathan Muckle, Shelton Muckle, Miranda Cameron, Stephanie Cameron, Stuart Wagamese and Teddy.

He is survived by his mother Melvina muckle, and step dad Roger Smith, Brian Scott the father of their 3 children Michelle (Russel), Joelle (Naz), and Russel Muckle and their 7 blessed grandchildren Troy, Deltan, Evan, Toya, Aden, Roxanne and Johnavan. He will also be missed by aunties and uncles Annette, Mavis, Charles (Charlene), Wayne (Myra), Nancy, Edith, Steven, Annemarie, Terrie and Leonard and cousins Reo, Riel, Reannah, Jonathan, Donovan, Chantel, Erin Connie, Yolanda, Fontana, Sidney, April, Christopher, John, Bruce, Karen, Brent, Christine, Leonard, Danny Smith, Savannah, James, Farrah, Ryan, Melissa, Brittney, Stanley, Lucinda, Kylie, Tamara, Tricia and Travis.

Russell loved all his family especially his mom Melvina and sisters and his dad Brian, he lived in Toronto, Ontario and Toronto was his home, he travelled back and forth to Thunder Bay and Kenora, he often visited his mom and sisters in Whitedog. Russell was a smart, outgoing, loving gentleman who was a very nice person and we're going to miss his smile and jokes, his favourite food was Kraft Dinner, he would add stuff in his KD as long as it was Kraft Dinner. The Creator our God took you home early, until we meet again, its not good-bye, is see you again, we're gonna miss you, we love you very much.

The family would like to thank St. Michaels Hospital, Toronto, Ontario and the Doctors, Nurses and Social Workers for the care they gave to Russell. Russell was well known to the nurses and staff there while on Dialysis there, also a big thank you to Elder Leonard and his crew that did the ceremony for Russell, many thanks to the Thunder Bay Hospital Regional Hospital and Nurses for their care given to Russell on his many visits.

A wake service for Russell will be held Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Mizhakiiwetung Memorial School Gymnasium, Whitedog, Ontario. A funeral service will occur Friday, December 24, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Mizhakiiwetung Memorial School Gymnasium with Pastor Robert Wittmeier officiating. Burial will follow in Whitedog First Nation.

Pallbearers will be Reo Muckle, Riel Muckle, Sidney Muckle, Donovan Muckle, Bruce Fisher, John Fisher, Barry Bigblood and Grant MacDonald.
