The Kindersley Jr. Klippers have been hard at work this week ahead of a pre-season road trip to Alberta this weekend.

The Klippers Hockey School has also been in full swing this week, with around 90 young players split into three age groups.
Each group hit the ice for skill-building sessions led by Klippers players and coaches to give participants a great head start on their development before the minor hockey season kicks off this fall.
After camp on Thursday, the Klippers once again went back to school — literally — hosting a BBQ for Westberry Elementary School students during their early back-to-school get together.
After Friday morning's sessions the Klippers will hit the road to Drumheller for a game that night across the border in Alberta. From there the team travels to Lloydminster for a game on Labour Day Monday, and then on Tuesday the team returns to Kindersley for their pre-season home opener against Humboldt, puck drop at 7:30 PM.
