A 30-year-old woman charged with attempted murder and other offences had her case adjourned to Sept. 9 in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on Thursday.
Legal Aid lawyer Suzanne Lalonde appeared before Judge Cynthia Alexander for Meagan Windover and requested the adjournment. Windover was previously denied bail.
Windover is charged with uttering threats, failure to comply with an undertaking, falsely reporting an offence, taking a motor vehicle without consent, failure to attend court, theft under $5,000 and attempted murder.
The charges stem from an alleged shooting on the North Service Road on July 14. Police say a man suffered a gunshot wound and identified Windover and a 17-year-old boy as suspects.
Windover was arrested July 15 following a police operation at Lakeview Trailer Court, while the youth was arrested the same day during a police operation on the 1100 block of Willow Avenue.
Both Windover and the youth are scheduled to return to Moose Jaw Provincial Court on Sept. 9.
